I now incorporate Somatic Experiencing and Internal Family Systems therapy to help you learn about how your body and mind has experienced the world and the ways it has protected you. Together we discover the ways it wants to heal and move forward.

I provide EMDR and Somatic Experiencing therapy in Brooklyn and Manhattan. My style incorporates a relational way of supporting you - as the agent for change and healing - to become more aware of patterns of behavior that no longer serve you, reprocess the memories that store old experiences and stress, and integrate new learning into your present and future life.
